Wird offenbar noch regelmäßig begangen (Spuren , Absicherung ) Zustieg wie beschrieben nur würde ich gleich nach dem Zauntor im Wald die ersten steilen steigspuren rechts runter zum ersten 10m Wasserfall folgen (ausgetreten und weiter unten seilversicherung) Wir haben den seitenfluss Einstieg gemacht und beim Beginn des Kozjak dann den Ausstieg (zustieg wie vorher beschrieben) genommen, weil viel mehr Wasser war als auf den Fotos/Videos und der 10m schon sehr mächtig war. Das Foto ist gleich beim Anfang des Zustiegs bei der Steinbrücke.
Apparently still regularly climbed (tracks, protection) Access as described, but I would follow the first steep climbing tracks down to the right immediately after the fence gate in the forest to the first 10m waterfall (well-trodden and further down rope insurance). We did the side river entry and then took the exit at the beginning of the Kozjak (access as described before) because there was much more water than in the photos/videos and the 10m was already very powerful. The photo is right at the beginning of the access at the stone bridge.

Massiver Spaß Canyon mit vielen kleinen bis hohen Rutschen Ich hab 1x 50m Seil mitgehabt , da die Abseiler auch nett sind Die Höhlenrutsche und ein 6 m Sprung sind Hüfthoch zugekiest… Die letzte hohe Rutsche ist super und kann problemlos ohne Seil gerutscht werden- das Beste dran : man kann sofort wieder aufsteigen und wiederholen Somit 3x gerutscht , 3x Spaß gehabt
Massive fun canyon with many small to high slides I had 1x 50m rope with me as the rappels are nice too The cave slide and a 6 m jump are covered waist-high with gravel... The last high slide is super and can be easily slid without a rope - the best thing about it: you can get back on immediately and repeat. So 3x slides, 3x fun had

Kommerziell häufig begangen- kann man aber gut überholen - breites offenes Flussbett und mehrere Abseilsstände Achtung die ersten Tümpel laden zum springen und rutschen ein- bei mir war das Wasser aber nur Hüfttief! Der erste Abseiler ist behördlich aufgrund Steinschlag Gefahr gesperrt (Zettel beim Zustieg)- muss man selber entscheiden, die Absicherung dort ist mit Seilgeländer und Kettenstand sehr Gut
Frequently used commercially - but can be easily overtaken - wide open river bed and several abseil stands Beware the first pools invite you to jump and slide - but for me the water was only hip-deep! The first rappel is officially closed due to the risk of falling rocks (notice on access) - you have to decide for yourself, the protection there is very good with rope traverses and chain anchors.

Auffahrt mit Bahn und dann Wanderweg . Nach dem überqueren des Mättlibaches bei einem Feld ganz runter gehen , dort über den Stacheldrahtzaun in den Wald steil runter bis fast zum Abbruch . Dort leichte steigspuren nach rechts zum Bach. Teilweise sehr heikel Dort wiederum auf orografisch rechter Seite im Wald absteigen . Dann mittig ein Abseilring - 10m Danach eben ca 55m bis zu zum stand (nach ca 20m kommt orografisch rechts auch ein Stand welchen wir ausgelassen haben) . Entweder links zwei neue Ringe oder rechts 4 ältere schon etwas rostigere Bolts (dennoch für größere Gruppen eher zum empfehlen ) Unten dann noch ein sehr schöner eingeschnittener Canyon mit mehreren abseilen bis ca 20m , danach Ausstieg auf die Brücke Bei uns hat es einen Tag vorher sehr stark geregnet und auch nach unserer Begehung - der Fluss hat sich aber nicht wirklich verändert (Bedingungen sehr gut von Lauterbrunnen aus zu sehen )
Ascent by train and then hiking trail . After crossing the Mättlibach stream, go all the way down by a field, then over the barbed wire fence into the forest and steeply down almost to the edge. There slight climbing tracks to the right to the stream. Partly very tricky Descend again on the orographic right side in the forest. Then a central abseil ring - 10m After that just about 55m to the belay (after about 20m there is also an orographic belay on the right which we skipped). Either two new rings on the left or 4 older, somewhat rustier bolts on the right (still recommended for larger groups). Below then a very nice incised canyon with several rappels to about 20m, then exit to the bridge It rained very heavily the day before and also after our ascent - but the river has not really changed (conditions can be seen very well from Lauterbrunnen)

Sehr kurzer offener Canyon . Shuttlen nicht notwendig , da der Aufstieg kurzweilig ist . Oben ausreichend grosser Pp für mehrere Pkw . Sehr gut eingerichtet mit Kettenständen und Fixseilen. Notausstieg vorm großen Wasserfall bzw. auch Einstiegsmöglichkeit Den letzten Wasserfall kann man auf mehrere Arten machen . Entweder auf einmal (30m Seil) Oder auf eine Stufe abseilen von der man springen oder unterteilt abseilen kann Oder von ganz oben springen - dafür auf die markante Nase links klettern . Großer tiefer Gumpen , jedoch weit genug vorspringen da unten die ersten 1-2m Felsen vorstehen. Aber bei der Höhe absolut kein Problem die zu überspringen 😃 wenn man alles springt braucht man kein Seil mitnehmen

Braunes Hochwasser nach den Regenfällen anspruchsvoll aber top Die Tour ist bei viel Wasser einfach super Wir haben gewartet bis das verrückte Wasser etwas abgeronnen ist und haben die Tour dann gemacht. Der Wasserfall zum Schluss nimmt deutlich stündlich an Wucht ab - kann man am Pp gut beobachten und einschätzen Bei mehr Wasser sollte man es sich gut überlegen

Alles springbar was springbar scheint . War etwas verwirrt beim Doppelwasserfall am ersten Stand da jeweils zwei klebehaken übereinander angebracht sind (die eigentlich fast immer nur für Seilgeländer gedacht sind ) Die oberen zwei hab ich für das Geländer genutzt, unten für den Stand Seil ging erstaunlich gut zum abziehen Später dann ein zwingender ca 10 m Sprung in eine tiefe Gumpe (hab zumindest keine Haken gesehen) Alles in allem eine nette lohnende Tour mit leider sehr viel Block und Gehgelände
Everything that seems jumpable is jumpable. I was a bit confused at the double waterfall at the first stand because there are two glued anchors on top of each other (which are actually almost always only intended for rope traverses). I used the top two for the railing, the bottom two for the stand The ropes were surprisingly easy to pull off Later, a forced 10 m jump into a deep pool (at least I didn't see any anchors) All in all a nice rewarding tour with unfortunately a lot of block and walking terrain

Fantastische Tour Sind Oberen und unteren Teil begangen. Bei der Ableitung in der Mitte haben wir gesehen dass eine Nebenleitung orogr. Rechts viel Wasser rein leitet. Dadurch herrliche Bedingungen im unteren Teil. Jedoch dafür sehr kalt und anspruchsvoll - mehrfach im starken Wasserfall abseilen und Siphone umgehen. 2h 45m für beide Teile zu dritt
Fantastic tour Walked the upper and lower sections. At the drainage in the middle we saw that a secondary line orographic to the right carries a lot of water in. This meant wonderful conditions in the lower section. However, very cold and demanding - rappel several times in the strong waterfall and bypass Siphone. 2h 45m for both parts with three of us

Ich bin von der Autobahnraststation (Tor war aufgesperrt) gestartet. Dort in wenigen Minuten steil weglos zum offenen Bach. Man merkt gleich dass man es hier mit einem Canyon mit sehr viel Wasser zu tun hat. Die ersten Stellen bin ich alle umklettert/umgangen, bis zum ersten Sprung (orografisch rechts 1 Bolt) Den weiteren canyon immer mit Bedachtnahme auf sehr starke Strömungen vorsichtig begehen bzw. zielgerichtet springen. Immer wieder Möglichkeiten für Notausstiege Beim letzten großen Wasserfall nicht von den einzelnen Bolts in der Mitte bzw. rechts verwirren lassen. Links oben beim Baum ein Kettenstand Von dort runter auf Nase. Hier kommt man direkt zum Wanderweg. Ich bin dort bewusst links in den starken Wasserfall gesprungen, welches aber nur für Wildwasser erfahrene Begeher sicher ist. Ansonsten umgehen und rechts außerhalb der Strömung springen.

Anstieg via Stollen cooles Ambiente aber nachher sehr rutschig im Wald Oberer Teil des Frondizzon sehr wenig trübes Wasser Wir hatten Glück und der Zufluss vom Damm (großer Wasserfall in der Mitte ) war aktiv und so hatten wir ab dort einen super Wasserstand Zweimal abseilen direkt im Wasserstrahl/ aber ohne Probleme machbar
Ascent via the tunnel cool ambience but afterwards very slippery in the forest Upper part of the Frondizzon very little turbid water We were lucky and the inflow from the dam (big waterfall in the middle) was active and so we had a superiore water level from there on Two rappels directly in the water jet/ but doable without problems

According to locals by the flood clean cleaned and no longer slippery. Was not walked by us, but is supposed to be safe (stands ok) and more beautiful than the last few years.

Fantastischer Canyon Kein blockhüpfen sondern durchgehend eng und Action pur Beim zweiten Mal zu zweit in 1,5 h durch (alles springbare gesprungen bzw gerutscht) Die 11m Rutsche war bei uns einfach , man darf nur nicht nach links tauchen/schwimmen. Beim vorletzten abseiler kann man direkt durch den Wasserlauf (also nicht links Seilgeländer rauf - dort außerhalb vom Wasser ) dort dann das Seil je nach Belieben ablängen und den Rest steil in ein donnerndes Becken rutschen.
Fantastic canyon No block hopping but tight throughout and pure action The second time in two in 1.5 h through (all jumped jumped or slid) The 11m slide was easy for us, you just must not dive/swim to the left. At the penultimate abseiler you can directly through the watercourse (so not left rope railing up - there outside of the water) there then cut the rope as desired and slide the rest steeply into a thundering pool.

Super Canyon Intermedio hat doch einige Blockkletterpsssagen, inferior geht dann schlag auf schlag Streitet sich mit Iragna um den Besten im Tal Wer etwas mehr Wasser , technische Sprünge , mächtige rutschen mag ist hier genau richtig. Zustieg nur ca 40min Oberer (intermedio) und unterer Teil (inferior) durch uns (3er Gruppe ) in 4 std begangen. Der superior ist angeblich viel Blockhüpfen mit schönen einzelstellen Sehr viel springbar
Super Canyon Intermedio has some blockclimbing predictions, inferior then goes blow for blow Fights with Iragna for the best in the valley Who likes a little more water, technical jumps, powerful slides is exactly right here. Access only about 40min Upper (intermedio) and lower part (inferior) by us (group of 3) walked in 4 hours. The superior is supposedly a lot of block hopping with beautiful single passages Very much jumpable

Nichts mehr rutschig - das Hochwasser hat alles sauber gefegt Stände alle gut Leider zu große Erwartungen durch die oberen zwei Teile . Der Dreier hat doch viel Blockhüpfen Jedoch die Rutsche muss man gemacht haben!!! (Oder so wie wir - ein fixseil links runter und viermal aufgestiegen und wieder gerutscht ) Als Hinweis - man landet dort wo der Wasserstrahl landet😅 Diesen Canyon auf keinen Fall bei viel Wasser gehen, zwar nicht eng aber oftmals die Gefahr tödlich über eine Kante gespült zu werden (man muss oft den Fluss queren um zu den Ständen zu kommen) - bei normalen Wasserstand aber harmlos
Nothing slippery anymore - the flood has swept everything clean Stands all good Unfortunately too much expectation due to the top two parts . The triple has but much block bouncing However, the slide must have done!!! (Or as we did - a fixseil left down and four times climbed and slid again ) As a hint - you land where the water jet lands😅 This canyon in no case go when there is a lot of water, not narrow but often the danger of being fatally washed over an edge (you often have to cross the river to get to the stands) - at normal water levels but harmless

Wir sind anscheinend zu niedrig bei der Kurve mit dem großen Versturz eingestiegen . Jedenfalls so nur kurz 2 abseiler und die schöne Einzelstelle. Würd ich nur machen wenn man schon in der Nähe ist Oberer Parkplatz nicht mehr möglich da die Straße im oberen Drittel gesperrt ist und vermutlich bleibt

Oberer Teil offiziell seit April per Bescheid gesperrt aufgrund Erdrutsch. Jetziger einzig möglicher Einstieg über den „Morghe“ Canyon - welcher an sich schön ist , jedoch bei uns komplett trocken war. Dafür 2*60m Seil nötig. Wir sind dann nach der schönen Grotte beim Notausstieg raus , da man so schnell wieder zum Auto kommt (nur 1 Fzg) Rest unspektakulär…
Upper part officially closed since April by notice due to landslide. Current only possible entry via the "Morghe" Canyon - which is beautiful in itself, but with us was completely dry. For this 2*60m rope necessary. We are then after the beautiful grotto at the emergency exit out, because you come so quickly back to the car (only 1 Fzg). Rest unspectacular ...

Super Canyon 😃 Oben wie beschrieben leider Müll und dreckiges Wasser , ab Vinadia etwas klarer . Aufgrund trübem Wasser unbedingt! zuerst immer jemanden abseilen lassen bevor man rutscht oder springt- teilweise tückisch . Auch weil bei vielen Stellen keine Haken zum abseilen da sind und wir diese mit „totem Mann“ - Techniken gelöst haben. Das war dort notwendig wo abklettern, was auch sehr oft vorkommt, nicht möglich war und man springen/rutschen musste. Im Bereich Vinadia teilweise nur einzelne Haken , im chiantone sind kettenstände. Ebenso mehr Zeit einplanen für größere Gruppen, da doch ein sehr langer Canyon mit einigen Seiltechnischen Herauforderungen. Absolut lohnenswert und einmaliger Canyon aufgrund der durchgehend engen Charakteristik
Super Canyon 😃 Above as described unfortunately garbage and dirty water , from Vinadia somewhat clearer . Due to murky water necessarily! first always let someone abseil before you slide or jump- partly treacherous . Also because in many places there are no hooks for abseiling and we have solved these with "dead man" - techniques. This was necessary where abseiling, which also happens very often, was not possible and you had to jump / slide. In the area Vinadia partly only single hooks, in chiantone are chain stands. Also plan more time for larger groups, since a very long canyon with some rope technical challenges. Absolutely worthwhile and unique canyon because of the continuous narrow characteristic
