Por la N634 entre Abadín y Mondoñedo o por la A8 es la salida 552, igualmente Abadín/Mondoñedo. En ambos casos nos llevará a una rotonda bajo la autopista donde cogeremos dirección A Pastoriza por la LU-P-0105. Al kilómetro sale un carreterín por la izquierda (paralelo a la autopista) con dirección Bicos y Samordas, esta carreterilla se dirige a un arroyo, lo cruza y va a pasar debajo de la autopista. Aparcamos por aquí donde no molestemos

By the N634 between Abadín and Mondoñedo or by the A8 is the exit 552, also Abadín/Mondoñedo. After one kilometer there is a small road on the left (parallel to the highway) towards Bicos and Samordas, this road goes to a stream, crosses it and goes under the highway. Al llegar al puente de piedra salimos por la derecha, subiremos por una senda que nos sube a los restos de la Ermita de San Cosme, desde aquí por la senda que sube a la carreterilla, la tomamos a la derecha y nos lleva debajo de la autopista al lugar donde hemos dejado el coche.
