Approach: (with 2nd car: 1h15min) Once you have parked in the paid parking lot in front of the school sports field, follow the path past the school towards the already visible canyon. After crossing the first bridge, there is a hiking sign "Planinarska transverzala Orjen-Lovćen-Rumija". Past the pump house and stone bridge, follow the beautiful hiking trail in several serpentines up to a stone house at approx. 220 m. At the following serpentine bend with markings, you could choose the path visible on the ridge for the lower entry. To do this, leave the main path here on the left in the direction of the electricity pylons. If you want to enter further up, follow the main path further up. (A little tip: after approx. 400m, just before a rusty electricity pylon, there is a small fork with an H2O sign on the left-hand side of the path. Here you can get drinking water after approx. 20m in the small stone wall tunnel). After the last hairpin bends, you have a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains from the ridge. From here it becomes flatter. First follow the signs for "Krstac" and "Lovćen". At the next fork in the path, turn left through the forest to the wall from the KuK period and the entry point at the stream at approx. 580m.
Tour: The Škurda has over 30 abseiling points, whereby the first third (approx. 1 hour) is mostly waterless. In this part there is also the highest abseil of 40m. At the beginning there are 3 beautiful abseils and a long downclimb. After a small cascade, the canyon becomes more incised and continuous. Here a tributary enters the canyon from the right, bringing most of the water. Several abseils (max. 35m) follow without much distance until you reach the beautiful, incised lower section of the gorge (be careful! after the 35m +10m abseil, there is an entry/exit point marked "EXIT" on the rock on the left). A removable rope traverse can be set up to the last abseiling point of approx. 20m. Approach: From the parking lot, follow the forest road back briefly and continue downhill to the stream. From here, follow the path/stream to the left. After crossing the stream several times, you will come to an old overgrown mill house at approx. 350m. This is also the entry point.
Tour: The Bogutovski Potok is a beautiful canyon rich in vegetation with mostly shorter abseils. The first part is still open. A few steps can be downclimbed or bypassed here. After the first higher, approx. 25m abseil, you can already see into a deep canyon. This is where the most beautiful part of the canyoning tour begins. Several short abseiling points with small possible jumps lead through the gorge, which is partly decorated with sintering. Shortly before the bridge at approx. 170m, you can leave the canyon to the left or opt for the last and highest approx. 30m rappel in the watercourse below the bridge. Approach: At the signposted Nevidio parking lot, follow the path over the first wooden bridge from the left tributary Grabovica (vertical canyoning tour). After a short while, there is a second wooden bridge over the Nevidio. Then follow the path on the right-hand side of the stream until you reach the plaque with the historic first ascent in 1965. This is also the entry point to the canyon, where the guide charges a local fee for commercially guided tours.
Tour: The canyon begins with a longer walking passage interrupted by smaller downclimbs and pools. After a while, you come to a narrow section (swimming channel) of about 100m with clamping blocks. Here you first downclimb skillfully to the right and then swim. Shortly after the swimming passage, there is a blockage with a way through between the rocks + a small jump. Then comes a small narrow section with swimming passages, followed by a walking and climbing section. At the next large blockage, you search in vain for an anchor. Here you have to skillfully downclimb over the remains of the bridge and boulders. From here, the canyon becomes more interesting. Several steps with possible jumps into beautiful deep pools follow without much distance. The 20m ropes can normally be dispensed with. After the last 5m possible jump into large pools, the canyon opens up. Approach: approx. 15min/ 1h From the parking at about 690m with a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of Medurec, follow the sloping mountain road for about 100m. Here you look for a trail marking on the left which you then follow steeply downhill through the sparse forest. A little further down you meet a second path (access path) which you follow to the right. After a few meters you will come to a thin tree with red color markings. Here you descend directly to the stream / entry at about 560m.
Tour: The canyon is certainly one of the most beautiful tours in Montenegro and offers everything you could hope for from a casual canyoning tour. The highest steps are right at the beginning. This is followed by a longer walking passages. The canyon narrows again and more beautiful pools and steps up to a maximum of 20 m follow. Follow the marker for Markezici/Kelezići. First cross the bridge and then turn right towards Medurec. After a short distance, park the shuttle car at the gravel parking on the right. With the second car, continue along the narrow mountain road from Medurec (first asphalt, then gravel). The second car is parked after about 3 km at the highest point, before the road leads down.
