You cannot enter the canyon from the bottom (as indicated on descente Canyon), at least not completely. At the entry there is a hut with signs that you need a permit from the "Lake and Karst" Institute to enter the canyon, whether this only applies to commercial or private tours is not known to me.

Commitment
Strong. There is no escape.

Time period/ water character
Be careful, the flow speed is always enormous. Take a professional with you if you want to walk it without risk. There are no abseiling points in the waterfalls. Everything can be bypassed through tunnels. However, you can take advantage of some of the pools. The complex is divided into two parts. The first is Vrajzi Prolav, which you climb up via a footbridge. If you continue to the exit, you will reach a cave that you can climb up until the water becomes too much. For the waterfall (Vodopad), also go up the path that starts to the left of the inn. You can get all the way to the top RD (no equipment). Admire the resurgence gushing at its feet.
Tour: The most interesting part is after the second bridge with an 8 m high waterfall. At this height, the river is well contained and forms some jumps, which can be playful in deep pools. After this indentation, there are no more interesting obstacles.

Engagement
Repetitions throughout.
