Last 25 m rappel is nice.<br><strong>Approach:</strong> Walk up the asphalt road for 5 minutes. If there is a ski trail under the road, climb it for 1/4 hour up to the dam.
You are RD of the canyon, hear and see it from time to time.<br><strong>Tour:</strong> The descent begins at the dam wall. It is possible to rappel 10 m vertically down this.
This is followed by a series of 8 more or less deep waterfalls.

Numerous possible escape routes along the entire canyon.

To be done in summer. Beware of the very cold water and the current when the snow melts.

After passing Canillo and just before El Tarter we have a traffic circle that takes us to the left to Ransol. Once in Ransol we go left towards Plans, just in the curve there is a street on the left and at the end we can park.
If we have two cars before reaching the traffic circle we have a gas station on the left, here we can park which is the exit of the ravine.<br><strong>Return:</strong> If we have two cars after the last rappel we go out to the gas station.

It is better to park car in la Cortinada and go by public...<br><strong>Approach:</strong> We will leave the same track that is GR and the Ruta del Hierro (Ferro) and soon we will take the path to the right "Bordes d'Ensegur i coll d'Arenes". This trail will begin to climb up the slope towards the river, which we will cross by a footbridge (return point) and continue climbing until we find a sign that tells us where to leave the trail to the left (at about 1750m altitude). If we go too far we will reach the Bordes and we will have 400m of river without anything remarkable.<br><strong>Tour:</strong> Open descent with the possibility of escape almost continuously. Except with high spring flows, the rest of the time it is an easy descent.

Another option is by the path that goes to the climbing routes, when we reach the waterfall wall we take a path on a steep slope to the left (orographic right of the ravine), it crosses the ravine above the waterfalls and goes to the same path above.<br><strong>Tour:</strong> If we catch it with water it is a descent with a quite interesting waterfall although not very spectacular or high.
