Por la D117 de Saint-Girons a Foix, pasado la La Bastide de Serou, giramos a la derecha por la D221 a Alzen, Chapelle Ste Croix. Seguimos por la D21 (Alzen, Chapelle). Cuando lleguemos al cartel de la Cascade d'Alzen buscamos para aparcar el coche de retorno si lo tenemos. Seguimos a Alzen, a la entrada del pueblo nos metemos por la derecha al Mairie (ayuntamiento), seguimos 100m hasta ver una señal “Le Moulicot” a la derecha. Aparcamos

Un pequeño túnel, sin necesidad de frontal, seguido de un rápel de 15 para dar entrada a la cascada de casi 100m. Dos rápeles 35m y 45m

Salimos al camino de la cascada. Si hemos dejado coche de retorno lo tendremos aquí. Con un solo coche hay que remontar hasta el pueblo
