Situándonos en la zona de Garafía, por la LP1, justo en el pk. 55 tenemos el desvío por la carretera de la Barranquera, hacia el Tablado en donde dejaríamos el vehículo de retorno si lo queremos hacer integral, con las grandes verticales. Con el vehículo de acceso vamos al p.k. 57 justo donde cruza la carretera el barranco del Capitán, aparcamos.

Podemos bajar has la cueva de la Vica y retornar, o seguir por el barranco hasta su confluencia con Fagundo en donde encontramos las grandes verticales de hasta 100m, seguiremos el barranco hasta la línea de playa
