Podemos ir por la C55 hasta Monistrol de Montserrat a coger la BP1121 (al Monasterio) y luego la BP1103 hasta Santa Cecilia.
También por la A2 hasta el Bruc y salir por la salida 570 a Montserrat. Al poco a la derecha por la B111 dirección Manresa/Montserrat para coger la BP1101 hasta el Coll de Can Maçana, en donde nos desviaremos a la derecha por la BP1103 a Montserrat.
En ambos casos debemos llegar hasta Santa Cecilia y aparcar allí, p.k. 5,8 o unos metros antes en un aparcamiento al lado de la carretera en el p.k. 5,4

Frente a Santa Cecilia sale un sendero (GR a la derecha) y desde el otro aparcamiento unas escaleras que nos llevan al mismo sendero, lo cogemos en dirección al Coll de Migdia. Al poco, unos 600m tenemos un palo indicando la Font del Llum y el portell de Migdia a la izquierda, nos meteremos por aquí.
Tras pasar el collado, a los 200m tenemos un hito y unas marcas azules a la derecha para ir a la Font de la Cadireta y desde aqyuí siguiendo puntos amarillos en dirección al coll de la Salamandra. En el collado dejamos el sendero y nos vamos a la derecha siguiendo un hito para bordar una pared algo expuesta y llegar a una pequeña canal por donde ascenderemos, en pequeñas trepadas de hasta 3er grado. Al poco un pequeño hueco en la pared que es la entrada a la cueva.

Comenzamos por la estrecha cueva en la que no habrá sitio para más de dos personas por lo que es mejor ir bajando conforme entremos. Justo a la salida tenemos el siguiente rápel hasta otra repisa donde está el tercer rápel. Una zona de andar nos dejará en los dos últimos rápeles, ya desde naturales.
