Debemos llegar hasta Valcarlos, al lado de Roncesvalles.
Desde Roncesvalles por la N135 o desde Saint Jean Pied de Port por la D933.
De subida casi en el pk 62 de la N135 tenemos el puente sobre el Chapitel, a los pocos metros a la derecha sitio para aparcar.
We must reach Valcarlos, next to Roncesvalles.
From Roncesvalles by the N135 or from Saint Jean Pied de Port by the D933.

Retrocedemos hasta el puente y encontramos una senda que sube por la izquierda orográfica hasta una pista y una casa. Desde aquí casi en horizontal iremos por la ladera de la montaña por un sendero que a tramos lleva los restos de un antiguo canal. Al llegar a la represa del río Chapitel accedemos con un primer rápel
We go back to the bridge and find a path that goes up the orographic left to a track and a house. From here we will go almost horizontally along the mountainside on a path that in sections leads to the remains of an old canal. Arriving at the Chapitel river dam we access with a first rappel.

Un primer “estrecho” para descender la represa y el rápel largo de 18m, luego se abre y tenemos toboganes y destrepes hasta la siguiente zona de rápeles. Finalmente otro pequeño estrecho con otros dos rápeles y el últimos tobogán de casi 10m bajo el puente de la carretera
A first "strait" to descend the dam and the 18m long rappel, then it opens up and we have slides and skills to the next rappel area. Finally another small strait with two more abseils and the last slide of almost 10m under the road bridge.
