Die A 41 (Chambery - Grenoble) an der Ausfahrt 23 (Touvet/Goncelin) verlassen, dann auf der D 29 Wenige hundert Meter westwärts, Richtung Touvet, bis zu D 1090. Auf der D 1090 500 m in nördlicher Richtung und dann links ab auf die D 9 und hinauf nach St. Vincent-de-Mercuze. Weiter in nördlicher Richtung kommt man zur Brücke über den Alloix und das unmittelbar anschließende Dorf Montalieu. Im Dorf nimmt man die erste Straße links, die auf das nächste Plateau (Les Prés) hinaufzieht. In der ersten Rechtskehre ca. 400 m nach dem Dorf das untere Fahrzeug abstellen (Informationstafel).\nMit dem zweiten eine Links-Serpentine weiter aufwärts, bis man sich wieder dem Tal des Alloix nähert. Dort, wo die Straße dann einen Bogen nach rechts macht (unterhalb Mast einer Elektrizitätsleitung), zweites Fahrzeug abstellen.\nAuch ohne zweites Fahrzeug kann man den Einstieg über bachnahe Fußwege in 50 Min. erreichen.

Leave the A 41 (Chambery - Grenoble) at exit 23 (Touvet/Goncelin), then take the D 29 westwards for a few hundred meters in the direction of Touvet until you reach the D 1090. Head north on the D 1090 for 500 m and then turn left onto the D 9 and up to St. Vincent-de-Mercuze. Continue north to the bridge over the Alloix and the immediately adjacent village of Montalieu. In the village, take the first road on the left, which leads up to the next plateau (Les Prés). At the first rightward haipin bend approx. 400 m after the village, park the lower vehicle (information board).\nTake the second vehicle and continue up a left-hand serpentine until you approach the Alloix valley again. Park the second vehicle where the road bends to the right (below an electricity pylon).\nEven without a second vehicle, you can reach the entry point in 50 minutes via footpaths close to the stream.

Verschiedenartige Abseiler, klares Wasser, einige Sprünge und Rutschpartien möglich; fast immer kann man auf den bachnahen Weg aussteigen.\nGut zu verbinden mit Infernet.\nIn Dorfnähe findet sich ein Verbotsschild, das aber nach seinem Wortlaut vor allem die Haftung der Gemeinde für evtl. Unfälle ausschließen soll. Zudem wurde es durch das Verwaltungsgericht Grenoble schon 2001 aufgehoben (vgl. descente-canyon.com).
