This is already done on other canyoning websites like ropewiki, and it could be a picture of the best feature of the canyon, like the biggest waterfall, etc. By default this could be the first picture of the canyon. It should be visible in the canyon detail page, and also in the favorites when you view a list. The challenge: Everyone assesses water levels differently based on their personal experience and preferences. :bulb: *Proposed Solution* *1. Increase Visibility* • Remove water level images from the regular gallery • Create dedicated "Water Levels" category (not in Media, in Canyon-View) • Or place prominently in canyon overview/description section *2. Community Rating System* • All registered users can rate water levels (scale 1-10) • Average rating calculated automatically • *The key feature:* Individual ratings remain visible! :dart: *Why This Works* If I see that "Jane Doe" (who I know dislikes high water) rates it 8/10, that tells me more than an unknown "WhiteWater-Expert" rating it 4/10. E.g. Veneto region where Canyoning in the Belluno National Park is strictly forbidden and patrols are in place right now. c) Massive Thunderstorm and landslide in a valley - e.g. Maggia Valley in 2024.
