Para llegar a Viver iremos por la A23 hasta la salida 42 o 47. Una vez en el pueblo salimos por la CV2352 buscando el desvío a la izquierda al camping Villa de Viver. Al llegar a él, al lado del río Palencia, lo rodeamos por la izquierda por una pista que irá a parar al cauce del río. Aparcamos. El coche de acceso desde la CV2352 seguiremos dos kilómetros, hasta el circuito de motocross que se queda a la izquierda. Cogemos esta pista que nos lleva a los cortados sobre el río Palencia y al barranco de la Chana. Aparcamos por aquí.

To get to Viver we will take the A23 until exit 42 or 47. Once in the village we take the CV2352 looking for the detour to the left to the Villa de Viver campsite. When we get there, next to the river Palencia, we go around it on the left along a track that will lead us to the river bed. We park. The access car from the CV2352 we will follow two kilometers, until the motocross circuit that stays on the left. We take this track that leads us to the cuts on the river Palencia and the ravine of the Chana. We park here.

Desde el coche de abajo cruzaremos el río y siguiendo las marcas llegaremos a un cartel de madera PR63.2, lo seguiremos remontando el barranco por un sendero poco marcado con el barranco siempre a la derecha. Llegará un momento que veamos un bloque empotrado en el cauce con el primer rápel, bajamos a él. Si accedemos desde arriba solo hay que bajar al cauce.

From the car below we will cross the river and following the marks we will arrive at a wooden sign PR63.2, we will follow it up the ravine by a little marked path with the ravine always on the right. At some point we will see a block embedded in the bed with the first rappel, we go down to it. If we access from above we only have to go down to the riverbed.

Un primer rápel que se puede hacer guiado para salvar la marmita trampa. De la marmita se puede salir por un lado. Luego otro rápel y nos metemos en la cascada con sus 4 rápeles, el último con la instalación en volado (no más de 2 personas!!). El último rápel en rampa se podría evitar, son unos 28m muy resbaladizos asi que mejor asegurar.

A first rappel that can be guided to save the trap pit. You can get out of the pit from one side. Then another rappel and we get into the waterfall with its 4 rappels, the last one with the installation in a cantilever (no more than 2 people!!!). The last rappel in ramp could be avoided, they are about 28m very slippery so it is better to insure.
