Por la C-13 de Tremp a Pobla de Segur llegaremos a Talarn. Justo al entrar nos desviamos a la izda dirección Gurp Situación bcos Avellanes, Forns, Fuiet, Grau de la Plana Justo antes de llegar al pueblo hay una curva cerrada de derechas sobre el barranc del Grau, podremos aparcar aquí o 200m después, encontraremos una pista que sale por la derecha, por aquí hay sitio para aparcar

On the C-13 from Tremp to Pobla de Segur we arrive at Talarn. Just at the entrance we turn left towards Gurp. Situation bcos Avellanes, Forns, Fuiet, Grau de la Plana Just before reaching the village there is a sharp right turn on the Grau ravine, we can park here or 200m later, we will find a track that goes off to the right, here there is room to park.

Bcos Avellanes, Forns, Fuiet, Grau de la Plana Seguiremos andando hasta el pueblo y nos meteremos por la calle izquierda por el cementerio a la parte alta de estas 4 casillas, encontraremos indicadores hacia la Collada de Castellet, iremos por este sendero que utilizan los escaladores para acceder a los paredones. Una vez en la faja andaremos unos 250m hasta que veamos un pequeño sendero zigzagueante a nuestra derecha que sube, dejando el sendero principal abajo (va al escape antes del R4), sobrepasaremos la siguiente faja y el senderito nos dirigirá dirección NO hacia la cabecera de Forns.

Tres bonitos rápeles antes del escape, desde aquí podríamos subir a Fuiet, pero nos perderíamos el R20, mejor lo bajamos y salimos a la derecha a remontar hasta el sendero. Seguiremos el sendero unos 150m hasta el punto en el que se unen los dos arroyos, aquí comenzamos Fuiet para bajar otra vez el final del R4. Desde aquí el Grau de la Plana con otros dos rápeles más
