Desde Olot a Castellfollit por la A26. Una vez en Castellfollit cogeremos la GIV-5221 hacia Oix. Recorreremos 1,7kms por esta carretera hasta el desvío a la izquierda a la Vall del Bac. Por esta carretera iremos 5,5kms hasta el puente sobre el torrente, casi al lado de Can Planes. Aparcamos

Poco antes del puente sale una senda, esta senda va ascendiendo directamente hasta Toralles, todo el rato con grandes vistas de estos pequeños valles. Al llegar al pueblo cogeremos la pista por debajo de la iglesia, hay una senda que sale de ella hacia el río, justo a una caseta de agua y una represita

Empezamos con un primer rápel largo con unas formaciones muy interesantes, seguiremos por una zona sencilla con algunas rampas, para llegar a la zona de rápeles. 4 rápeles casi consecutivos con el más largo de 35m. Luego ya el barranco pierde algo de entidad.
