Hay que llegar hasta Orbiso para dejar el coche de retorno y a San Vicente de Arana si tenemos dos coches con el coche de acceso. Iremos por la A-132, hasta Santa Cruz de Campezo. Desde aquí cogeremos la A-2128 a San Vicente y aparcamos en la ermita de la virgen de Uralde y la A-4161 hasta Orbiso.

We have to go to Orbiso to leave the return car and to San Vicente de Arana if we have two cars with the access car. We will take the A-132 to Santa Cruz de Campezo. From here we will take the A-2128 to San Vicente and park at the hermitage of the virgin of Uralde and the A-4161 to Orbiso.

Si aparcamos en la ermita de la virgen de Uralde podemos coger el sendero que va por la margen izda del rio hasta que llega a la zona encajonda y entramos en el río. También podemos ir por la pista que sale hacia el sur subiendo por el monte hasta el collado y girar a la izquierda y bajamos a la Foz. Desde Orbiso subimos por la pista hacia Valcocino y seguimos hasta el collado que a la izquierda tenemos Oteo y a la derecha la bajada a la Foz.

If we park at the hermitage of the virgin of Uralde we can take the path that goes along the left bank of the river until it reaches the area encajonda and enter the river. We can also take the track that goes south up the mountain to the hill and turn left and go down to the Foz. From Orbiso we go up the track to Valcocino and continue to the hill that on the left we have Oteo and on the right the descent to the Foz.
