Tenemos que situarnos en Valadouro Iremos al sur por la LU-P-0101 hacia O Cadramón, a la altura del p.k. 31 tenemos el puente sobre nuestro arroyo, unos metros antes a la izquierda está A Casanova y en el mismo punto una pista a la derecha en sentido ascendente, 300m más allá una pista por la izquierda, por aquí aparcamos el coche de retorno o si no queremos hacer combinación de coches. Con el coche de acceso volvemos a la carretera, a los 600m desvío a la derecha a As Casas de Abaixo y Alvite, por aquí 300m hasta el desvío a la derecha a Sixto y Casa Tellada, a los 100m a la derecha, seguimos hacia Casa Tellada, dejamos atrás estas casas y seguimos hasta Esqueira. Aquí una vez más a la derecha por una pista forestal hacia el arroyo, aparcamos unos metros más allá, cerca del arroyo.
