Salimos de la A7 para coger la C44 a Vandellós. Seguiremos la C44 pasando por Vandellós hasta el pueblo de Tivissa (pk 19,2). Justo a la entrada nos metemos al pueblo, a la izquierda, por el camping. Continuamos por esta calle hasta el primer cruce que tomaremos a la izquierda. Dejaremos el camping a un lado y por esta calle, el carrer de Foix iremos hasta el final y aparcamos.

We leave the A7 to take the C44 to Vandellós. Follow the C44 through Vandellós to the village of Tivissa (pk 19.2). Just at the entrance we enter the village, on the left, by the campsite. We continue along this street until the first crossroads where we turn left. We will leave the campsite to one side and along this street, the carrer de Foix, we will go to the end and park.

Salimos de frente por la pista que sale y que nos lleva a la ferrata de Foix. Justo en el indicador podremos seguir de frente y subir por la ferrata o echarnos a la izquierda por el sendero de retorno. Una vez en la parte superior seguiremos un sendero poco marcado por nuestra derecha para llegar a una pista (se suele usar para combinar las ferratas de Foix y margarida). Al llegar a la pista la tomaremos a la izquierda por Les Pinengleres hasta el Coll de Monetze, en donde giramos hacia el sur (derecha) para meternos en el valle de Melinques. Bajaremos por aquí hasta ver una balsa de agua y al poco una pista a la izquierda a la izquierda que nos lleva al Mas de Melinques. Desde aquí seguimos el torrente hasta el primer rápel

We go straight ahead on the track that leads to the ferrata of Foix. Just at the signpost we can continue straight ahead and climb the ferrata or go left on the return path. Once at the top we will follow a little marked path on our right to reach a track (often used to combine the ferrata of Foix and Margarida). When we reach the track we will take it to the left through Les Pinengleres to the Coll de Monetze, where we turn south (right) to get into the valley of Melinques. We will go down here until we see a pool of water and soon a track on the left that leads us to the Mas de Melinques. From here we follow the torrent to the first rappel.

Tras el último rápel seguimos un poco a encontrar el PR, lo tomaremos en sentido ascendente a lo largo del barranco para llegar hasta el Mas otra vez. Una vez aquí deberemos desandar el acceso hasta la ferrata de Foix, la cual podremos descender rapelando

After the last rappel we continue a little to find the PR, we will take it in ascending direction along the ravine to reach the Mas again. Once here we must retrace the access to the ferrata of Foix, which we can descend rappelling.
