Iremos hasta As Neves (A Capella), aquí nos desviamos hacia la central del Eume y Estoxa. Pasamos Estoxa y Gunxel, al poco el puente sobre el Rego de Mazoca, lo pasamos y aparcamos. Si tenemos dos vehículos y lo queremos hacer integral deberemos ir con el coche de retorno al monasterio de Caaveiro

Tras las 2 primeras cascadas, en el tramo más llano deberemos salir a la izquierda a través del bosque a coger la senda que sube. Otra opción es llegar hasta el final y salir por el Monasterior
