Debemos situarnos en Lanuza pueblo, al lado de Sallent de Gállego. Situación barrancos Portet y Rutaviesas Por la N260 desde Sabiñánigo a Biescas. Seguiremos de frente hacia Francia por la A136 hasta el p.k. 15,2 en el que tenemos el desvío a la derecha a Lanuza por la presa. Iremos hasta el mismo pueblo, sin entrar en él, siguiendo por la carretera hasta una curva cerrada de izquierdas sobre nuestro torrente. A unos 60m hay una explanada donde aparcar.

We must be located in Lanuza village, next to Sallent de Gállego. Location of the Portet and Rutaviesas ravines By the N260 from Sabiñánigo to Biescas. We will continue straight on towards France by the A136 until p.k. 15.2 where we have the detour to the right to Lanuza by the dam. We will go to the same town, without entering it, following the road until a sharp left curve on our torrent. At about 60m there is an esplanade where to park.

Seguiremos por la carretera un kilómetro hasta ver una señal a la derecha de PR al lado del barranco de Suscalar. Subiremos por este PR hasta el collado de Peña Plana donde el sendero se dirige al norte. Desde aquí veremos ya el barranco pero deberemos seguir subiendo unos 15 min por el sendero hasta llegar a la cabecera

We will continue along the road for one kilometer until we see a sign on the right of PR next to the Suscalar ravine. We will go up this PR up to the hill of Peña Plana where the trail heads north. From here we will see the ravine but we must continue climbing for about 15 minutes along the trail until we reach the head of the ravine.

Descenso resbaladizo con rápeles bastante largos aunque no demasiado verticales. Muchísimos troncos en todo el recorrido.\Q En la parte intermedia, el caos de troncos, es mejor irse por el bosque, por la izquierda para rodearlo

Slippery descent with quite long rappels although not too vertical. Lots of logs all along the route. In the middle part, the chaos of trunks, it is better to go through the forest, on the left to go around it.
