Tenemos que ir hasta Vilarino de Conso. Para ello por la A52 salimos en A Gudiña y cogemos la OU-533 o la OUR-CU-346. Se tarda la mismo y hay las mismas curvas. Una vez en el pueblo tenemos varias opciones: 1 Coche al lado del pueblo, podemos dejarlo en la plaza o ir por la derecha por la pista hormigonada y aparcar a la salida a unos 100m que hay apartadero. 1 coche en la carretera cerca del muro de entrada, para ello continuamos la pista hormigonada hasta la carretera de Castiñeira y donde podamos aparcamos. 2 coches, uno lo dejamos en el pueblo y el otro subimos por la pista hasta el puente que cruza el río.

Una vez en la carretera de Castiñeira podemos entrar por el muro aprovechando el cable de acero y nos quitamos los primeros destrepes o ir hasta el puente y hacer ese trozo.

Descenso muy variado con cabeceras expuestas e instalaciones duplicadas para evitar el activo. Recomendable llevar más cuerda para asegurar acceso a las cabeceras

Si hemos dejado el coche en el pueblo salimos por la captación de aguas por un sendero poco marcado. Al poco se convierte en camino que nos deja en el pueblo. Si tenemos el coche en la carretera podemos subir por la izda jabalineando un poco
