Acceso sector Soldón Nos situaremos en Quiroga, en la N120 dirección sur. En el pk 485,5 tenemos el desvío a la izquierda a Cereixido y Paradaseca, lo cogemos. Sector Soldón, barrancos Vilarmel y Fiais Pasaremos Paradaseca, Paradapiñol y llegamos a Rugando donde dejaremos el coche de retorno si lo tenemos. Tras sobrepasarlo encontramos un desvío a la izquierda a Vilarmel lo dejamos y seguimos a Cereixido. Antes de llegar sale una pista a la derecha que nos lleva a Fiais. Otra opción es desde Bendollo

Access to Soldón sector We will be located in Quiroga, on the N120 southbound. At km 485.5 we have the detour to the left to Cereixido and Paradaseca, we take it. Soldón sector, Vilarmel and Fiais ravines. We will pass Paradaseca, Paradapiñol and arrive at Rugando where we will leave the car to return if we have it. After passing it we find a detour to the left to Vilarmel we leave it and continue to Cereixido. Before reaching Cereixido there is a track on the right that takes us to Fiais. Another option is from Bendollo

Tendremos que andar un rato por el lecho del río hasta el Soldón donde nos encontramos el PR de Ferradal por el que subiremos a Paradapiñol o a Rugando. Otra opción, si no tenemos dos coches, es coger el sendero que remonta por la ladera a la derecha a Cereixido y al llegar a la pista ir andando a Fiais

We will have to walk for a while along the river bed to the Soldón where we find the PR of Ferradal by which we will go up to Paradapiñol or Rugando. Another option, if we do not have two cars, is to take the path that goes up the slope to the right to Cereixido and when we reach the track we will walk to Fiais.
