Bcos de la Terreta Por la N230 hacia Pont de Suert En el p.k. 101, justo antes del desvío de Arén, tenemos el desvío a la derecha a Orrit y Sapeira. A 3 kilómetros de Sapeira, en una curva de izquierdas de la carretera, sale una pista de frente a Esplugafreda. Al llegar allí continuaremos por la pista hacia el Tossal de l'Abadia y el Tossal Ras… Unos 9km. Aparcaremos antes de llegar al recodo que hace la pista entorno a la Llau Fonda, nuestro barranco, que en este primer tramo toma ese nombre.
