Por la N623 dirección al puerto del Escudo. Tras pasar Entrambasmestas, a los pocos kilómetros, un desvío a la izquierda al Bo Herreria y Sel del Ceo. Cruzamos el puente, dejamos atrás el barrio y en el primer giro a la derecha tenemos sitio para aparcar. Aquí saldremos del barranco. Si queremos hacer combinación de coches podemos subir a Sel del Ceo con el coche de acceso y nos quitamos 25min de camino

On the N623 towards the Puerto del Escudo. After passing Entrambasmestas, after a few kilometers, a detour to the left to Bo Herreria and Sel del Ceo. We cross the bridge, leave the neighborhood behind and at the first turn to the right we have room to park. Here we will leave the ravine. If we want to combine cars we can go up to Sel del Ceo with the access car and we take 25min of road.

Subimos por la pista hasta Sel del Ceo. Aquí se acaba la pista como tal y empieza el camino con un giro a la izquierda. Lo seguimos un centenar de metros y en la siguiente bifurcación a la izquierda. Veremos que el camino ya se dirige recto al arroyo. Justo antes de llegar a él gira a la derecha para subir paralelo al arroyo, lo seguimos y al final de esa cuesta nos metemos en el río

We go up the track to Sel del Ceo. Here the track as such ends and the path begins with a turn to the left. We follow it for a hundred meters and at the next fork to the left. We will see that the path already goes straight to the stream. Just before reaching it, it turns right to climb parallel to the stream, we follow it and at the end of this slope we get into the river.

Bonito descenso con pequeñas cascadas y rápeles. El poco caudal no nos permitirá grandes lujos de saltos o emociones fuertes pero algunos de sus rápeles son muy estéticos.

Nice descent with small waterfalls and rappels. The low flow will not allow us great luxuries of jumps or strong emotions but some of its rappels are very aesthetic.

Tras el último rápel veremos la pista a nuestra izquierda.

After the last rappel we will see the trail on our left.

En todo momento. No es un descenso encajonado y además cruzan dos pistas por las que salir tranquilamente
