Debemos llegar hasta Alfafara. Por la A7 hasta Muro de Alcoy, saldremos por la CV700, cruzaremos Muro y seguiremos de frente. Tras pasar Agres llegaremos a Alfafara. Podremos dejar el coche al final del Carrer de la Creu desde donde sale el sendero de aproximación o por la piscina o el Albergue del Font Tarragó que es el retorno Si queremos hacer combinación de coches deberemos tener en cuenta que son 20kms de carretera. Tendremos que pasar Bocairent y coger la CV794 dirección Alcoy. Al pasar el pk 9 sale una pista a la izquierda al área recreativa Font de Mariola, continuaremos hacia la Ermita de Sant Tomás y aparcaremos por donde podamos

We must get to Alfafara. Take the A7 to Muro de Alcoy, exit on the CV700, cross Muro and continue straight ahead. After passing Agres we will arrive at Alfafara. We can leave the car at the end of the Carrer de la Creu from where the approach path leaves or by the swimming pool or the Font Tarragó hostel which is the return. If we want to combine cars we must take into account that there are 20kms of road. We will have to pass Bocairent and take the CV794 towards Alcoy. When passing the pk 9 there is a track on the left to the recreational area Font de Mariola, continue towards the Ermita de Sant Tomás and park wherever we can.

Desde coche de acceso seguiremos la pista que va al collado, dejaremos a la derecha el mas de Fontanarets y nos dirigiremos a la vaguada que tenemos en frente. Desde Alfafara saldremos desde el Carrer de la Creu , por el Carrer Serra de Mariola 100m hasta una pequeña pista que sale a la derecha y se dirige a la montaña. A los 100m sale un senderito a la derecha que seguiremos hasta dar con otra pista. Tomamos la pista a la izquierda, en sentido ascendente, al poco se convierte en sendero por el que seguimos, entre árboles, remontando este pequeño barranco. El sendero cruza el barranco y se dirige a la derecha para posteriormente volver a girar al sur ya en zona más abierta, dirigiéndose hacia el mas. A los casi 950m de altura veremos un hito que nos marca que hay que echarse a la derecha a las paredes que ya se ven donde está el R1

From the access car we will follow the track that goes to the pass, we will leave the Fontanarets mass to the right and we will go to the watercourse that we have in front of us. From Alfafara we will leave from the Carrer de la Creu, along the Carrer Serra de Mariola 100m to a small track that goes to the right and goes to the mountain. After 100m there is a small path on the right that we will follow until we reach another track. We take the track to the left, uphill, soon becomes a path that we follow, between trees, up this small ravine. The trail crosses the ravine and goes to the right to later turn south again and in a more open area, heading towards the mas. At almost 950m above sea level we will see a milestone that marks that we have to turn right to the walls that are already seen where the R1 is.
