Debemos llegar a Bagnères de Luchon por el lado Francés por la D125 o desde España por el Portillon desde Bossost por la N141. Al llegar a Saint Mamet cogeremos la D125 a SuperBagnères y Valle du Lys. Giraremos a la derecha por la D46 siguiendo la Vallée du Lis y poco más adelante nos desviaremos a la izquierda (Superbagnères a la derecha) siguiendo la Vallée du Lis y la Cascade d'Enfer. Llegamos a un aparcamiento.

We must reach Bagnères de Luchon from the French side by the D125 or from Spain by the Portillon from Bossost by the N141. Arriving at Saint Mamet we will take the D125 to SuperBagnères and Valle du Lys. Turn right on the D46 following the Vallée du Lis and a little further on turn left (Superbagnères on the right) following the Vallée du Lis and the Cascade d'Enfer. We arrive at a parking lot.

Por la pista de la central eléctrica subiremos siguiendo las indicaciones. En cada cruce con el Enfer tenemos un fin/inicio de tramo, por lo que podemos optar por hacerlos por separado. El itinerario está marcado como 43. Tras hora y media podremos entrar en el Gouffre d'Enfer o seguir hacia arriba a “Mines des Crabioules” para entrar en el Riu d'Enfer, para ello seguiremos subiendo y en la zona en la que llanea el camino, tras cruzar el 4º arroyo, nos saldremos de este sendero e iremos descendiendo hacia el río.

Along the track of the power plant we will go up following the indications. At each junction with the Enfer we have an end/beginning of the section, so we can choose to do them separately. The route is marked as 43. After an hour and a half we can enter the Gouffre d'Enfer or continue up to "Mines des Crabioules" to enter the Riu d'Enfer, for this we will continue climbing and in the area where the road flattens, after crossing the 4th stream, we will leave this path and go down to the river.

Riu d'Enfer Esta parte del descenso es la más salvaje y sencilla. Las instalaciones son bastante precarias pero suficientes. Un ambiente muy alpino nos envolverá. Gouffre d'Enfer Tramo 1: El más sencillo de los tres tramos. La parte más “interesante” es la cascada fraccionada con su pasamanos expuesto. Tramo 2: donde está el mirador de Belvedere, comienza con la cascada fraccionada en 3 para, debajo del mirador bajar al pasillo del Viento, en donde tendremos que tener mucho cuidado con los rebufos y el frío. Saldremos tras la cascada del Tubo. Tramo 3: el más difícil, donde tendremos que ponernos a prueba en el rapel guiado o Paso de los Inhumanos. Hasta 12 puntos intermedios para los cuales deberemos ir bien provistos. Tras esto terminaremos con la Cascade d'Enfer, fraccionada en 3 tramos.

Riu d'Enfer This part of the descent is the wildest and easiest. The facilities are quite precarious but sufficient. A very alpine atmosphere will envelop us. Gouffre d'Enfer Section 1: The easiest of the three sections. The most "interesting" part is the split waterfall with its exposed handrail. Section 2: where the Belvedere viewpoint is, it starts with the waterfall split in 3 to, below the viewpoint, go down to the Wind corridor, where we will have to be very careful with the overhangs and the cold. We will exit after the Tubo waterfall. Section 3: the most difficult, where we will have to test ourselves in the guided rappel or Paso de los Inhumanos. Up to 12 intermediate points for which we will have to be well equipped. After this we will finish with the Cascade d'Enfer, divided into 3 sections.
