Por la AG64 salida As Ponte de García Rodríguez Rodeamos por el sur el pueblo para dirigirnos a la AC101, por la playa del embalse y seguimos dirección norte a Ortigueira. Al llegar al p.k. 7 tenemos el desvío a la derecha a Somede, por aquí otros 3km y llegamos al desvío de la iglesia y de la Aldea de Abaixo. Dejamos este cruce atrás continuando por la carretera otros 500m, tras la curva de izquierdas comienza el bosque por nuestra derecha y aquí tenemos sitio para aparcar.

On the AG64 exit As Ponte de García Rodríguez. We go around the south side of the village to go to the AC101, along the beach of the reservoir and continue north to Ortigueira. When arriving at p.k. 7 we have the detour to the right to Somede, through here another 3km and we arrive at the detour to the church and Aldeia de Abaixo. We leave this junction behind and continue along the road for another 500m, after the left curve the forest begins on our right and here we have a place to park.

Tras la última dificultad salimos a la derecha al sendero que va paralelo al descenso, al llegar a la cabecera desandaremos el sendero de acceso
