Por la AS15 que remonta el río Narcea para acercarnos a la zona de Tineo En el p.k. 27 está el puente sobre el Arroyo Farandón, tras pasarlo, a la derecha una pista que será el camino de retorno, unos metros después, a la izquierda la zona para estacionar el coche de retorno. Con el coche de acceso seguiremos por la AS15, casi 4km, hasta el desvío a la derecha que sube a Santa Marta, bonita carretera zigzagueante que nos remonta rápidamente sobre el valle hasta esta villa. Seguiremos subiendo hasta el mirador de Santa Marta, sitio espectacular desde el que deslumbrarnos con las vistas del valle, verdes prados a nuestros pies y suaves montañas, antes de continuar nuestro ascenso hasta Llaneces de la Barca y sus bonitos hórreos. Poco después dejaremos La Uz a la izquierda y, tras el giro de derechas, llegamos al cementerio. Aquí aparcamos el coche de acceso Otra opción, explicada en el blog de los aperturistas y marcada en el mapa, es ir por el lado de Tineo

Along the AS15 that goes up the Narcea river to approach the area of Tineo. At p.k. 27 is the bridge over the Arroyo Farandón, after passing it, on the right a track that will be the way back, a few meters later, on the left the area to park the return car. With the access car we will continue along the AS15, almost 4km, until the detour to the right that goes up to Santa Marta, nice zigzagging road that goes up quickly over the valley to this village. We will continue climbing up to the viewpoint of Santa Marta, a spectacular site from which we will be dazzled by the views of the valley, green meadows at our feet and gentle mountains, before continuing our ascent to Llaneces de la Barca and its beautiful hórreos (granaries). Shortly after we leave La Uz on the left and, after the right turn, we arrive at the cemetery. Here we park the access car Another option, explained in the blog of the aperturistas and marked on the map, is to go by the Tineo side.

Al otro lado de la carretera sale un camino de acceso a fincas y a los 20m una pista a la izquierda que baja al arroyo y a unas antiguas minas de la zona. Seguiremos esta pista hasta la mina, zona de acceso al cauce.

En palabras de los aperturistas: “Primer tramo abierto y vestido con varios saltos y destrepes, un pequeño rapel y poco después, otro de 10mtrs toboganeable,100mtrs mas de cauce vestido de vegetación y el rio penetra en una zona mas excavada con varios rapeles, el mayor de 15mtrs y varios saltos y destrepes interesantes también. A destacar el último rapel que nos deposita bajo un arco de roca excavado en la cuarcita, en el cual podemos observar grandes fósiles.”

Al finalizar el descenso veremos una escombrera por la derecha, subimos hasta la boca de otra mina abandonada (hay tracks en wikiloc de acceso desde el puente). Desde aquí sale un sendero que lleva hasta el puente, aunque algunas veces está bastante cerrado por la maleza. Parece ser que algunas veces lo limpian
