Acceso sector Soldón Nos situaremos en Quiroga, en la N120 dirección sur. En el pk 485,5 tenemos el desvío a la izquierda a Cereixido y Paradaseca, lo cogemos. Sector Soldón, barrancos Vilarmel y Fiais Pasaremos Paradaseca, Paradapiñol y llegamos a Rugando. Tras sobrepasarlo encontramos un desvío a la izquierda a Vilarmel. Iremos por esta carretera hasta la villa en la que aparcamos justo a la entrada

Access to Soldón sector We will be located in Quiroga, on the N120 southbound. At km 485.5 we have the detour to the left to Cereixido and Paradaseca, we take it. Soldón sector, Vilarmel and Fiais ravines. We will pass Paradaseca, Paradapiñol and arrive at Rugando. After passing it we find a detour to the left to Vilarmel. We will go along this road to the village where we park just at the entrance.

Atravesamos el pueblo a coger el PR. Lo cogeremos y a los 5min lo dejamos para seguir un sendero que sigue remontando el río. Tras pasar unas colmenas veremos un sendero para bajar al río por unas rocas en las que sobresale un roble

We cross the village to take the PR. We will take it and after 5min we leave it to follow a path that continues up the river. After passing some beehives we will see a path to go down to the river through some rocks where an oak tree stands out.

Bonito descenso sin dificultades salvo caudales elevados

Al llegar al puente de madera lo cogemos a la izquierda en busca del PR que nos sube al pueblo

When we reach the wooden bridge, we take it to the left in search of the PR that takes us up to the village.
