Por la costa, bajando por la carretera de Baiona hacia A Guarda Pasaremos por As Mariñas y llegamos a Mougás-Porto. Seguimos por nuestra carretera, sobrepasamos el puente sobre el río Mougás (momento para evaluar el caudal) y continuamos hasta dejar el cartel del p.k. 29 de la PO-552, a los 100m desvío a la izquierda a As Pozas y la Casa Forestal. No dejaremos la carretera principal en toda la subida en dirección a As Pozas. Al llegar a un pequeño mirador, con curva de derechas, sale a la izquierda una pista a las Pozas de Mougás, nos metemos por ella hasta llegar a un puentecillo sobre el río (1,3 km). Aparcamos por aquí el coche de retorno o si solo tenemos un vehículo. Con el coche de acceso volvemos a la carretera y continuamos subiendo otros 2km hasta el área recreativa, en donde aparcaremos

Along the coast, going down the road from Baiona to A Guarda. We will pass through As Mariñas and arrive at Mougás-Porto. We continue along our road, cross the bridge over the river Mougás (time to evaluate the flow) and continue until we leave the sign of the p.k. 29 of the PO-552, after 100m we turn left to As Pozas and the Forest House. We will not leave the main road all the way up towards As Pozas. When we reach a small viewpoint, with a right turn, a track to the left leads to Pozas de Mougás, we go along it until we reach a small bridge over the river (1.3 km). We park here the return car or if we only have one vehicle. With the access car we return to the road and continue climbing another 2km to the recreational area, where we park.

Con un solo vehículo tendremos que subir por la carretera hasta el área recreativa. En ambas opciones desde el área recreativa el acceso es inmediato, continuamos andando dirección norte hasta el evidente cauce.

With a single vehicle we will have to go up the road to the recreational area. In both options from the recreational area the access is immediate, we continue walking north to the obvious riverbed.

Un tramito hasta llegar al balcón, a partir de ahí es una sucesión de rápeles, más o menos arrampados, que con caudal ganan en interés
