Tenemos que ir hasta San Juan de Plan, para ello llegamos a Ainsa y cogemos la A138 dirección Francia. Pasado Lafortunada y antes de llegar a Bielsa tendremos un desvío a la derecha a Salinas, Valle de Chistau, Gistain, etc. Iremos por esta carretera pasando por Plan y al poco San Juan de Plan. En el pueblo, la carretera hace un giro a la izda y sale una calle a la derecha que se convierte en pista, la seguimos y cruzamos el Cinqueta. El siguiente puente es el río Sen (lugar de aparcamiento para el bco del Sen). Seguiremos por la pista hacia la ermita de San Mamés y continuamos. Desde el pueblo tendremos algo más de 9km hasta cruzar nuevamente el bco del Sen ahora ya en su parte superior. Aquí veremos un cartel indicando el sendero de subida al Ibón de Sen. Aparcamos

We have to go to San Juan de Plan, for this we arrive at Ainsa and take the A138 towards France. After Lafortunada and before reaching Bielsa we will have a detour to the right to Salinas, Valle de Chistau, Gistain, etc.. We will go along this road passing through Plan and soon San Juan de Plan. In the village, the road makes a turn to the left and there is a street on the right that turns into a track, we follow it and cross the Cinqueta. The next bridge is the Sen river (parking place for the Sen river). We will continue along the track towards the hermitage of San Mamés and continue. From the village we will have more than 9km to cross the Sen river again, now in its upper part. Here we will see a sign indicating the path up to the Ibón de Sen. We park.

Por el sendero que sube al Ibón de Sen durante unos 20-30min hasta el puente que cruza el cauce

Descenso alpino, abierto, resbaladizo y con ambiente en primavera con buenos caudales. Tras el cruce con el barranco de la Pardina nuestro barranco gana entidad al coger más agua y encontrarnos con el salto de 30m. Después de este rápel tendremos otros dos cortitos de unos 10m para finalizar el descenso

Tras el último rápel salimos a los prados y podemos continuar hasta la pista o echarnos a la derecha al sendero de subida

After the last rappel we come out onto the meadows and we can continue on to the track or turn right onto the uphill trail.
