Por la autopista A41 al lado de Porto, a coger la salida 16 a Medas y Melres por la N108 Pasaremos Melres hasta Rio Mau. Si queremos hacer la versión integral, justo a la entrada cogemos a la izquierda la R da Fontanheira para luego bajar al puente sobre el río y al aparcamiento que hay al lado para dejar el vehículo de retorno. Volveremos a la R da Fontanheira y en donde hemos girado a la derecha a la R da Costa para bajar, seguiremos hacia arriba por la R da Estivada para al kilómetro tener a la derecha el desvío al Pozo Negro a donde podríamos bajar con un vehículo a aparcar. Otra opción es seguir la R da Estivada para aparcar lo más cerca posible de la Cascada da Ribeira da Cadeados

Si seguimos la R da Estivada es casi directo, se baja al río. Desde el Pozo negro deberemos subir a dicha pista y seguirla hasta la cascada

Si lo hacemos integral es inmediato. Si llegamos solo al Pozo negro es sencillo salimos a la derecha a la senda que nos lleva al mirador.
