Son dos barrancos en uno, accederemos por el siempre seco y vertical torrent del Garx para bajar al río Bolulla y hacer el Pas Tancat. Un entorno espectacular, muy buenos rápeles y unos estrecho impresionantes, hacen de estos barrancos un imprescindible en la provincia. Precaución si el río Bolulla lleva agua, pues en la zona de los estrechos podríamos tener problemas.

Debemos llegar hasta Callosa d'En Sarrià. Tenemos varias alternativas. Desde Benidorm cogeremos la CV70 hacia La Nucia. Al llegar a La Nucia seguiremos por la CV70 a Polop y desde aquí la CV715. Desde Altea por la CV755 iremos también de forma directa hasta Callosa. Desde Callosa cogemos la CV715 dirección Bolulla, lo atravesamos siguiendo la carretera hacia Tárbena y pasado el pk 46 veremos una curva muy cerrada de derechas. Sale una pista a nuestra izquierda que remonta el río Bolulla por su izquierda orográfica. Al kilómetro la carretera cruza de orilla por un puente, por aquí podemos dejar el coche de retorno. Si tenemos dos coches, con el de acceso continuamos por la pista arriba hasta el collado, o casi, que se acaba la parte asfaltada.

We must get to Callosa d'En Sarrià. We have several alternatives. From Benidorm we will take the CV70 towards La Nucia. When arriving at La Nucia we will continue by the CV70 to Polop and from here the CV715. From Altea by the CV755 we will also go directly to Callosa. From Callosa we take the CV715 towards Bolulla, we cross it following the road to Tárbena and after the pk 46 we will see a very sharp right curve. There is a track on our left that goes up the Bolulla river on its orographic left. At one kilometer the road crosses the river bank by a bridge, here we can leave the car to return. If we have two cars, with the access car we continue along the track up to the pass, or almost, that the asphalted part ends.

Con un coche saldremos andando por la pista para subir al collado aprovechando los atroches que existen. Desde el collado, en ambas opciones, seguimos por la pista andando unos 300-400m hasta un sendero que sale a la derecha y baja por la vaguada hacia la fuente del Garx (abrevadero). Desde allí deberemos dirigirnos hacia el cauce hasta alcanzar el comienzo del descenso

With a car we will walk along the track to climb the hill taking advantage of the existing atroches. From the pass, in both options, we continue along the track walking about 300-400m to a path that goes off to the right and down the watercourse to the source of Garx (trough). From there we must head towards the riverbed until we reach the beginning of the descent.

La primera parte del descenso es el torrent, muy espectacular por cómo se precipita hacia el río Bolulla. Su rápel volado de 30m es una delicia. La segunda parte es el descenso en sí del Pas Tancat, muy estrecho. cerrado, espectacular. Fácil imaginarse en crecida cómo debe ir esta parte tan estrecha

The first part of the descent is the torrent, very spectacular for how it plunges into the Bolulla river. Its 30m rappel is a delight. The second part is the descent of the Pas Tancat itself, very narrow, closed, spectacular. It is easy to imagine how this narrow part of the river must be when it is flooded.
