Por la N260 entre Pont de Suert y la Pobla de Segur, a la altura de Senterada nos desviamos por la L503 a la Torre de Cabdella. Seguiremos por la misma carretera hacia el pueblo de Cabdella, poco antes de las recurvas de Cabdella, se juntan los ríos Riqüerna , Filià y Flamisell, a la izquierda hay una explanada donde aparcar.

On the N260 between Pont de Suert and La Pobla de Segur, at the height of Senterada we turn off on the L503 to the Torre de Cabdella. We will continue along the same road to the village of Cabdella, just before the Cabdella's curves, the rivers Riqüerna, Filià and Flamisell meet, on the left there is an esplanade where to park.

Subiremos andando hasta Cabdella y nos adentraremos buscando el sendero que sube al Port de Rus y Taüll, justo al salir del pueblo tenemos a la izquierda un sendero que cruza el Riqüerna y se adentra en el valle del Filià, al llegar casi a los 1600m de altura, poco más de 1km desde la salida de Cabdella, el sendero se acerca al río y tenemos un sendero que lo cruza. Otra opción, si está abierta la pista que sale desde la explanada de aparcamiento es subir por ella con el coche hasta los 1600m de altura, en una horquilla de izquierdas cerrada en donde se podría aparcar

We will walk up to Cabdella and we will enter looking for the path that goes up to Port de Rus and Taüll, just outside the village we have on the left a path that crosses the Riqüerna and enters the valley of Filià, when we reach almost 1600m high, just over 1km from the exit of Cabdella, the trail approaches the river and we have a path that crosses it. Another option, if the track that leaves from the parking esplanade is open, is to climb it with the car up to 1600m high, in a closed left fork where you could park.

Descenso interesante, poco recorrido, sin grandes rápeles pero con gran ambiente. Precaución si nos atrevemos a realizarlo en primavera

Interesting descent, short route, without big rappels but with great atmosphere. Caution if we dare to do it in spring.

Llegaremos al puente donde se junta con el Riqüerna, saldremos a la derecha al aparcamiento
