Situándonos al lado de Buenavista del Norte, en el pueblo de Los Silos por la TF42. Justo en el pueblo, p.k. 11,5 sale la calle Susana y están los indicadores a Cuevas Negras, aquí hay sitio para dejar los vehículos o el coche de retorno. Acceso bcos Salto, Mantuba, Cueva Negra y Cochinos Si queremos hacer combinación iremos hasta la rotonda del p.k. 11 y la tomamos hacia arriba a Tierra del Trigo, una vez allí subiremos hasta la ermita de Nuestra Sra de Lourdes, justo al lado aparcamos el de acceso.
