Bonita pero corta cascada de solo 4 rápeles pero con un R50 final muy interesante. La parte negativa es que el descenso está prohibido, las extrañas normas que nos rigen han permitido la instalación de una ferrata en esos mismos paredones pero no el descenso del barranco. Se reseña aquí esta bonita cascada por si algún día vuelve la sensatez y se permiten ambas actividades, no solo la que permite lucrarse a unos cuantos. En la zona de Ponga por la N625 entre Riaño y Cangas de Onís En el p.k. 134,5 tenemos el puente Vidosa, con la vía ferrata, un hotel restaurante, etc, justo sobre el puente del Sella. Aparcamos.

Tenemos la opción de hacer la ferrata y al terminarla coger el sendero que sube hacia la cascada, o salir por el sendero de los escalones, cruzar el puente e igualmente coger el sendero que sube poco a poco al lado de la cascada. Seguiremos hacia la salida de agua de aguasaliú pasando por un hórreo.

Un poco por debajo de la surgencia empezamos entre bloques para llegar al primer rápel, a partir de aquí irá el barranco adquiriendo mayor verticalidad hasta el R50.
