Por la C16 nos situaremos en Guardiola de Bergedà, desde la misma C16 tenemos el desvío a Sant Julià de Cerdanyola, por esta carretera antes del kilómetro tenemos una curva cerrada a la izquierda con un cartel a “Les Nou Fonts”. Aquí dejamos el coche de retorno. Si tenemos dos coches seguimos carretera arriba, hacemos las curvas enlazadas y pasamos un mirador para llegar a la iglesia de Santa María de les Esposes. Después del quitamiedos podemos aparcar el coche de acceso.

By the C16 we will be located in Guardiola de Bergedà, from the same C16 we have the detour to Sant Julià de Cerdanyola, on this road before the kilometer we have a sharp bend to the left with a sign to "Les Nou Fonts". Here we leave the car to return. If we have two cars we continue up the road, we make the curves linked and pass a viewpoint to reach the church of Santa Maria de les Esposes. After the guardrail we can park the access car.

Con un coche subiremos los dos kilómetros andando por la carretera hasta la iglesia. Desde la iglesia sale un sendero que nos acerca a la cabecera justo por encima del salto de 35m

With a car we will walk the two kilometers up the road to the church. From the church there is a path that takes us to the headwaters just above the 35m waterfall.

Descenso muy corto con 5-6 rápeles. El de 12m se puede alargar otros 3 para bajar la repisa y no hacer más instalaciones pero nos dará problemas la recuperación. Casi todos los rápeles tienen preparadas instalaciones para hacer pasamanos recuperable y acceder de forma segura a la cabecera

Very short descent with 5-6 rappels. The 12m can be extended another 3 to lower the ledge and not make more facilities but will give us problems recovering. Almost all the rappels have prepared facilities to make a recoverable handrail for safe access to the top of the cliff.

Tras el último rápel tenemos a la izquierda una rampa de barro con grandes raíces para subir a les Nou Fonts y de allí al sendero, por ese sendero bajamos hasta la zona de aparcamiento si hemos combinado coches.

After the last rappel we have on the left a mud ramp with large roots to climb to the Nou Fonts and from there to the path, by that path we go down to the parking area if we have combined cars.
