A23 bis Abfahrt Pontebba. Das Kanaltal hinab bis Chiusaforte. Noch vor der Ortschaft links ins Raccolanatal abzweigen. Man folgt der Strasse bis zur Abzweigung nach Patocco. Hier noch etwa 800m Richtung Sella Nevea bis zu einer kleinen Parkmöglichkeit direkt unter den mit "Cascata Rio Repepeit" beschilderten Wasserfällen.

A23 until Pontebba exit. Go down the Canal Valley to Chiusaforte. Before reaching the village, turn left into the Raccolana Valley. Follow the road until the junction for Patocco. Here, continue for about 800m in the direction of Sella Nevea until you reach a small parking area directly under the waterfalls marked "Cascata Rio Repepeit".

Kurz zur Brücke über die Klamm der Raccolana absteigen und auf der anderen Seite über den Rio Repepeit und ins Schotterbett der Raccolana absteigen. Im Schotterbett flussaufwärts bis von rechts eine Felswand ins Schotterbett ragt. Unmittelbar vor der Felswand rechts steil auf die Böschung und ab hier einem alten Steig schräg rechts aufwärts folgen. Der Weg ist stark verwachsen, seine Wegtrasse ist aber noch gut erkennbar. An felsigen Passagen sind deutliche Trittstufen eingeschlagen. Wenn man den Rio Repepeit oberhalb der hohen Wasserfälle überquert hat gleich linkshaltend in vielen Kehren aufsteigen (nicht den nach rechts querenden Steigspuren folgen) um eine lange und stellenweise ausgesetzte Querung hoch oberhalb der Schlucht zu erreichen. Man folgt den Steig bis man unterhalb eines schönen Wasserfalls wieder auf den Rio Repepeit trifft.

Descend briefly to the bridge over the Raccolana gorge and descend on the other side over the Rio Repepeit and into the gravel bed of the Raccolana. Follow the gravel bed upstream until a rock face juts into the gravel bed from the right. Immediately before the rock face, climb steeply to the right onto the embankment and from here follow an old path diagonally uphill to the right. The path is heavily overgrown, but its route is still clearly recognizable. There are clear steps in rocky passages. Once you have crossed the Rio Repepeit above the high waterfalls, keep left and ascend in many hairpin bends (do not follow the tracks crossing to the right) to reach a long and in places exposed crossing high above the canyon. Follow the path until you meet the Rio Repepeit again below a beautiful waterfall.
