Situación Seceda Debemos llegar a Folgoso do Courel. Situación Seceda Desde aquí seguiremos dirección Seoane do Courel por la LU-651 y a los 11 km , giramos a la izquierda por LU-P-1306 a Seceda donde aparcamos a 800m en el puente sobre el arroyo. A los 2kms volviendo hacia Sobredo veremos una pista a la izquierda (puede que no esté bien para todos los coches) que tras casi dos km tendrá un sendero a la izquierda para bajar al río.

Situation Seceda From here we will continue towards Seoane do Courel by the LU-651 and after 11 km, we turn left by LU-P-1306 to Seceda where we park at 800m on the bridge over the stream. After 2kms returning towards Sobredo we will see a track on the left (it may not be suitable for all cars) that after almost two km will have a path on the left to go down to the river.

Precioso descenso con la cascada de Mouroás de 32m y el arco natural del Ponte do Gato. Bastante resbaladizo asi que mucha precaución con los destrespes

Beautiful descent with the 32m Mouroás waterfall and the natural arch of Ponte do Gato. Quite slippery so be very careful with the steep slopes.
