Por la N260 entre Pont de Suert y la Pobla de Segur, a la altura de Senterada nos desviamos por la L503 a la Torre de Cabdella. Llegaremos al pueblo de Molinos, lo pasamos y al poco tenemos el desvío a la izquierda a Astell. Seguiremos la carreterilla hasta el pueblo de Astell en el que aparcamos.

On the N260 between Pont de Suert and La Pobla de Segur, at the height of Senterada we turn off on the L503 to Torre de Cabdella. We will arrive at the village of Molinos, we pass it and soon we have the detour to the left to Astell. We will follow the small road to the village of Astell where we park.

Desde la carretera, hacia la izquierda iríamos a la cabecera de Solà, saldremos de frente por un camino junto al muro de piedras, el sendero se dirige a un prado por el que iremos dirección N, pasaremos al lado de una buitrera y al poco llegamos a los árboles, en donde ya iremos bajando hacia el cauce.

From the road, to the left we would go to the head of Solà, we will go straight ahead along a path next to the stone wall, the path goes to a meadow through which we will go towards N, we will pass next to a vulture and soon we reach the trees, where we will go down towards the riverbed.

Una zona de destrepes para llegar a los primeros rápeles, cortitos, destrepables, pero dado lo escurridizo del terreno, no está de más asegurarnos en algún tronco. Seguiremos bajando hasta llegar a los primeros rápeles obligados, con instalaciones en el suelo (unos 10m cada uno) , tras ellos un tobogán, unos pequeños destrepes y llegamos a la carretera con un rápel (posible escape). Seguiremos por una zona más vestida y pequeños resaltes hasta llegar al magnífico R30 (previamente tenemos otro posible escape a la izquierda).

An area of dexterity to reach the first rappels, short, dexterous, but given the slipperiness of the terrain, it is not superfluous to secure ourselves on a log. We will continue descending until we reach the first obligatory rappels, with facilities on the ground (about 10m each), after them a slide, some small skills and we reach the road with a rappel (possible escape). We will continue through a more dressed area and small projections until we reach the magnificent R30 (previously we have another possible escape to the left).

Tras los últimos destrepes, encontramos la confluencia con Solà, podremos salir zigzagueando a la izquierda para ir a encontrar la carretera. Otra opción es salir a la derecha hacia unos prados y de aquí a la carretera

After the last few steps, we find the confluence with Solà, we can exit zigzagging to the left to go to find the road. Another option is to exit to the right towards some meadows and from here to the road.
