Nos dirigiremos por la C-17 hasta Ripoll, allí cogeremos la C-26 y después la N-260 dirección Sant Joan de les Abadesses, donde a poco más de un kilómetro pasada la población cogeremos la C-38 hasta Camprodon. Una vez en Camprodon, giraremos en la rotonda a la izquierda a Setcases y Vilallonga de Ter, por la GIV5264. Al llegar a Setcases, al lado de la rotonda de entrada, podremos aparcar, hay un aparcamiento a la izquierda.

We will take the C-17 to Ripoll, there we will take the C-26 and then the N-260 towards Sant Joan de les Abadesses, where a little more than a kilometer past the town we will take the C-38 to Camprodon. Once in Camprodon, turn left at the traffic circle to Setcases and Vilallonga de Ter, on the GIV5264. Arriving at Setcases, next to the entrance traffic circle, we can park, there is a parking lot on the left.

Accesos bcos Solans, Pastissol y Socarrats Ya pertrechados iremos al pueblo, entrando por la calle principal (Carrer Villalonga) y justo cuando se estrecha tenemos a la izquierda el carrer de la Font. Nos metemos por aquí para coger el sendero hacia Tregurà, lo encontraremos con bastantes marcas, hasta cruzar el torrent de Pastuira (Clot dels Solans), al poco sale un sendero por la derecha que remonta la ladera de la montaña (el de Tregurá va más o menos horizontal), las marcas en un principio son verdes y luego vuelven a ser coloradas. En un principio el sendero sube en zig-zag por un bosque bastante cerrado , para luego dirigirse más suavemente hacia el sur rodeando la montaña, en busca de las Cabanyes d'en Rufi. Al llegar a las ruinas de las cabañas estaremos atentos a las marcas para seguir un poco más y posteriormente echarnos a la izquierda al cauce

Accesses bcos Solans, Pastissol and Socarrats Already equipped we will go to the village, entering the main street (Carrer Villalonga) and just when it narrows we have on the left the carrer de la Font. We get in here to take the path to Tregurà, we will find it with many marks, until crossing the torrent of Pastuira (Clot dels Solans), soon comes a path on the right that goes up the mountainside (the Tregurá goes more or less horizontal), the marks are green at first and then become colored again. At first the trail zig-zags up through a fairly closed forest, and then heads more gently south around the mountain, in search of the Cabanyes d'en Rufi. When arriving at the ruins of the cabins we will be attentive to the marks to follow a little more and later to throw us to the left to the riverbed.
