Llisat o Barbarica pertenece realmente a Sahún pero con acceso en coche por la pista forestal de Chía en dirección a Plan. El acceso y el retorno son cortos y sencillos. Descenso poco frecuentado, corto pero técnico y con caudal abundante. Tiene dos partes, la primera de carácter abierta en la que se encuentran dos cascadas. Después de un pequeño tramo abierto el cauce se estrecha y forma una gorga donde se encuentra la parte más interesante del descenso. Con una sucesión de cascadas que obligan a descender por la vena principal. La parte espectacular del descenso se encuentra en la última gran cascada. Se accede por un pasamanos y se realiza un pequeño rápel hasta la reunión del rápel largo.

Debemos acercarnos a Chia; para ello vamos por la N260 hasta Castejón de Sos y cogemos la A139, dirección Benasque, a los 100 m tenemos el desvío a Chia. Atravesamos el pueblo y continuamos por la pista forestal hasta el puerto de Sahún, lugar donde debemos dejar el coche.

We must approach Chia; to do this we go by the N260 to Castejón de Sos and take the A139, towards Benasque, 100 m we have the detour to Chia. We cross the village and continue along the forest track to the Sahún pass, where we must leave the car.

Antiguamente se podía bajar en coche hasta la cabaña des Prats; hoy día, aunque la pista se encuentre en muy buen estado, una señal de acceso restringido a vehículos autorizados obliga a aparcar en el collado de Sahún y hacer caminando los 3 km que hay desde aquí hasta el barranco. De la misma manera, el retorno también se alarga por lo que hay que contar con una hora de aproximación y cerca de hora y cuarto de retorno. Después de la última cascada un evidente sendero sale a mano derecha por medio del bosque. Lo seguimos hasta que llegamos a la pista por la que hemos hecho la aproximación. Ojo a los días de calor ya que no hay ni una sombra durante el acceso y el retorno, solo al principio una vez hemos salido del cauce.

Formerly you could go down by car to the hut des Prats; today, although the track is in very good condition, a sign of restricted access to authorized vehicles requires you to park at the pass of Sahún and walk the 3 km from here to the ravine. After the last waterfall an obvious path goes off to the right through the forest. We follow it until we get to the track by which we have made the approach. Be careful on hot days as there is no shade during the approach and return, only at the beginning once we have left the riverbed.
