Bcos de la Terreta Por la N230 hacia Pont de Suert En el p.k. 101, justo antes del desvío de Arén, tenemos el desvío a la derecha a Orrit y Sapeira. A 3 kilómetros de Sapeira, en una curva de izquierdas de la carretera, sale una pista de frente a Esplugafreda. Al llegar allí continuaremos por la pista hacia el Tossal de l'Abadia y el Tossal Ras… Unos 7km. Entre ambos sale una pista a la derecha hacia atrás, en bastante mal estado, por lo que si tenemos 4×4 podremos seguir y si no tendremos que aparcar aquí. Con 4×4 seguiremos toda la pista hasta el final casi hasta el pueblo abandonado de Espills

Al igual que con 4×4 deberemos seguir toda la pista hasta el final, luego se convierte en sendero que va a Espills, al poco pasaremos justo por la cabecera, un arroyo seco en el que pronto encontraremos el primer rápel

Tras el último rápel podremos salir por la izquierda por alguna de las torrenteras que nos suben a Espills, terreno descompuesto, muy vestido y nada cómodo. Una vez arriba iremos por el sendero de Espills hacia la pista
