Situándonos en la C14 entre Coll de Nargó y Organyà (dirección Seu d'Urgell), al poco tenemos un desvío a la derecha por la L401 hacia Figols I Alinyà. Cruzamos el puente y seguimos a la derecha hacía Alinyà hasta el pk 4 en donde veremos una pista a la derecha en la que podríamos dejar el coche de retorno. Con el coche de acceso continuamos por la carretera pasando por los pueblos de Perles y Alinyá para dirigirnos hacia Llinars. Entraremos en el pueblo y seguiremos subiendo por la pista cementada hacia Cal Gepet, tras pasarlo llegaremos a un cruce pistas bajo un depósito, tomaremos la pista de la izquierda. A los 300m salen dos pistas, lugar en donde aparcar.

We are on the C14 between Coll de Nargó and Organyà (direction Seu d'Urgell), soon we have a detour to the right on the L401 towards Figols I Alinyà. Cross the bridge and continue to the right towards Alinyà until pk 4 where we will see a track on the right where we could leave the car to return. With the access car we continue along the road passing through the villages of Perles and Alinyà to head towards Llinars. We will enter the village and continue up the cemented track towards Cal Gepet, after passing it we will arrive at a crossroads under a tank, we will take the track on the left. After 300m there are two tracks, a place to park.

Por la pista de la derecha, dirección norte para adentrarnos en unos prados en donde veremos la vaguada de nuestro descenso, solo hay que seguirla hasta el primer rápel.

Take the track on the right, heading north to enter some meadows where we will see the watercourse of our descent, just follow it to the first rappel.

Descenso bastante vestido, casi todos los rápeles son más o menos arrampados y sin grandes formaciones

Tras el último rápel, un par de destrepes y una pista que cogemos a la izquierda hacia el Bco de l'Ós. Poco antes de llegar una pista nos cruza de sur a norte. La tomaremos de forma ascendente para remontar el torrente hasta su cabecera en donde gira hacia el este para dirigirse a Llinars, zona muy boscosa la cabecera pero no deberíamos tener problemas en seguir la pista en los diferentes cruces hacia el pueblo.

After the last rappel, there are a couple of drops and a track that we take to the left towards Bco de l'Ós. Shortly before arriving a track crosses us from south to north. We will take it in an ascending way to go up the torrent until its head where it turns to the east to go to Llinars, very wooded zone the head but we should not have problems in following the track in the different crossings towards the town.
