Desde Ponferrada por la LE-142 hacia Molinaseca y Compludo. Al llegar a Molinaseca aparcamos en el pueblo

From Ponferrada by the LE-142 towards Molinaseca and Compludo. Arriving at Molinaseca we park in the village.

Buscaremos la Iglesia de San Nicolás desde la que nace el sendero PR-LE42 o Ruta 2 Los Puentes de Malpaso. Seguiremos ese sendero durante un kilómetro hasta llegar al arroyo Ardecilla, donde existe una pasarela para cruzarlo. Accedemos desde aquí

We will look for the Church of San Nicolás from where the trail PR-LE42 or Route 2 Los Puentes de Malpaso starts. We will follow this trail for one kilometer until we reach the Ardecilla stream, where there is a footbridge to cross it. We access from here

Sencillo, comenzamos con unos destrepes y un tobogán para acceder a los dos primeros rápeles, uno de ellos un bonito balcón sobre el valle. Luego ya un rápel desde un árbol para llegar a una pequeña zona de destrepes y un par de toboganes, uno de ellos de 5m. Finalmente un rápel con pasamanos y un rápel en tobogán para llegar al río Meruelo

Simple, we started with a few skills and a slide to access the first two rappels, one of them a nice balcony over the valley. Then a rappel from a tree to reach a small area of skills and a couple of slides, one of them of 5m. Finally a rappel with handrail and a slide rappel to reach the Meruelo river.

Por el río, que deberemos cruzar varias veces (precaución con el caudal), hasta llegar a un molino viejo y una canalización que seguiremos hasta el pueblo

Along the river, which we will have to cross several times (be careful with the flow), until we reach an old mill and a canalization that we will follow until we reach the village.
