Tendremos que situarnos en Arouca, en la provincia de Aveiro Desde aquí nos dirigimos hacia Moldes por la CM1251 y seguimos esta carretera hacia el sur, Bustelo, Adaufe, Cando, Candal. Tras pasar este último llegamos al puente de salida de nuestro descenso. Aparcamos el coche de retorno o si solo tenemos uno. En caso de tener coche de acceso seguiremos por la carretera casi 2kms hasta una suave curva de izquierdas con un poste de alta tensión a la derecha. Aquí dejamos el coche de acceso

We will have to be located in Arouca, in the province of Aveiro. From here we head towards Moldes on the CM1251 and follow this road to the south, Bustelo, Adaufe, Cando, Candal. After passing the latter we arrive at the exit bridge of our descent. We park the return car or if we only have one. In case of having an access car we will continue along the road for almost 2kms until a gentle left curve with a high voltage pole on the right. Here we leave the access car

Desde el poste de alta tensión, seguimos la línea para bajar hasta el río. Si tenemos el coche abajo podemos subir andando por la carretera o aprovechar alguna de las pistas para acortar en la subida.

From the high voltage pole, we follow the line to go down to the river. If we have the car down we can walk up the road or take advantage of some of the tracks to shorten the ascent.
