Debemos situarnos en Güímar Con el vehículo de retorno vamos al Cº de Guaza para subir al barrio de San Juan. Llegaremos a la plaza y capilla de San Juan y seguimos recto para subir a La Hidro, por donde aparcaremos. Con el vehículo de acceso iremos al barrio de la Hoya, llegaremos a la pza de la Hoya desde la que continuaremos por la pista de las Coloradas por donde subiremos con nuestro vehículo. Al llegar al final del asfalto podremos aparcar por aquí o seguir algo más por la pista, aunque dependerá del estado de la pista y de nuestro vehículo, podríamos llegar justo a donde comienza el Canal de los 1000.

We must be located in Güímar With the return vehicle we go to Cº de Guaza to go up to the neighborhood of San Juan. Tras el R2 o salto del Viñátigo tenemos la galería, aquí encontraremos una senda a la derecha que remonta, estrechita y peculiar por las piedras para volver al cauce a la altura de la galería de las Higueras Salvajes. Aquí ya encontraremos edificaciones y un sendero más ancho por el que bajar hasta la Hidro. Las vistas desde este sendero son espectaculares.
