Se trata de un barranco con 13 rápeles, casi todos en rampa, lo que hace que alguno sirva de tobogán, el más largo de hasta 15 metros, es un río con un cauce por encima del inicio de 8 millones de metros cuadrados que recogen mucha agua, en verano tiene un caudal aceptable cuando el resto van secos, en invierno lleva mucha fuerza y tiene un par de sitios con drosages y pozas sucias llenas de piedras, tres zonas están cubiertas por una buena cantidad de arboles caídos que acumulan troncos y ramas.

Tenemos que dirigirnos hasta O Morgallón, donde empieza la ruta del Morgallón-Río Sor, continuamos unos metros y nos encontramos una pista forestal a la derecha, ese es el lugar para dejar el coche de retorno, seguimos hasta el siguiente cruce y nos metemos a la derecha por una carretera asfaltada que no sale en los mapas, esta nos lleva hasta la presa de inicio, pudiendo dejar el coche un poco antes en el único sitio de aparcamiento claro.

We have to go to O Morgallón, where the route of Morgallón-Río Sor begins, we continue a few meters and we find a forest track on the right, that is the place to leave the car to return, we continue until the next crossing and we go to the right by an asphalt road that does not appear on the maps, this takes us to the dam of beginning, being able to leave the car a little before in the only clear parking place.

Si vamos a dos coches la aproximación es prácticamente inmediata, si vamos a un coche podemos decidir si dejarlo abajo en la pista forestal y subir caminando una hora por la carretera o subirlo hasta la presa y hacer todo el camino en el retorno.

If we go with two cars the approach is practically immediate, if we go with one car we can decide whether to leave it down on the forest track and walk up the road for an hour or drive up to the dam and go all the way back.

Una vez acabado el ultimo rapel tendremos unos 50 metros de rio hasta el puente de la pista forestal que lo cruza justo antes de que desemboque en el Sor, salimos hacia la derecha y seguimos la pista hasta el coche, unos 35 minutos, Con caudales altos este puente hace de represa y acumula troncos y ramas, mejor salirse un poco antes por la maleza.

Once finished the last rappel we will have about 50 meters of river until the bridge of the forest track that crosses it just before it flows into the Sor, we go to the right and follow the track to the car, about 35 minutes, with high flows this bridge makes a dam and accumulates trunks and branches, better to leave a little earlier by the undergrowth.

Después de los tres primeros rapeles podemos salirnos a la derecha, subiendo por el monte al aparcamiento del segundo coche, a este escape podemos llegar desde los siguientes rapeles atravesando el monte. Después del primer R17 también podemos salirnos por la derecha y subir hasta la carretera, pero el camino está cerrado por los tojos, después de la presa no tendremos escapes hasta el final del río.

After the first three rappels we can exit to the right, going up the mountain to the parking lot of the second car, this escape can be reached from the following rappels through the mountain. After the first R17 we can also exit to the right and climb up to the road, but the road is closed by the gorse, after the dam we will not have escapes until the end of the river.
