Saldremos de Sant Llorenç dirección Solsona por el Coll del Jou. En la collada cogeremos la carretera LV-4241-b. Justo al principio de una gran recta encontraremos el hostal Cap del Pla. Cogeremos a la derecha una carretera que sale más adelante dirección Montpol - Pont del Clop y pasaremos una masía. Unos metros después la carretera se bifurca. Cogeremos primero el cruce a la izquierda y más adelante otro cruce a la derecha. La carretera nos lleva a Pont del Clop. Continuaremos, pasaremos la ermita de Montpol y nos encontraremos un cruce. Iremos dirección Cambrils estando atentos a una pista que sale a la derecha e indica Mas Carissols. Bajaremos por esta, pasaremos Mas Carissols y pasaremos de largo una pista a la izquierda. Llegaremos a unas ruinas, las ruinas de Tentellatge. Aquí dejaremos el coche. Si tenemos dos coches, podemos dejar el de salida al final de la pista, cuando se hace intransitable.

We will leave Sant Llorenç towards Solsona by the Coll del Jou. At the pass we will take the LV-4241-b road. Just at the beginning of a long straight road we will find the Cap del Pla inn. We will take to the right a road that goes further on towards Montpol - Pont del Clop and we will pass a farmhouse. A few meters later the road forks. We will take first the junction to the left and later another junction to the right. The road takes us to Pont del Clop. We will continue, we will pass the hermitage of Montpol and we will find a crossroads. We will go towards Cambrils being attentive to a track that comes out on the right and indicates Mas Carissols. We will go down this, pass Mas Carissols and pass a track on the left. We will arrive at some ruins, the ruins of Tentellatge. Here we will leave the car. If we have two cars, we can leave the car at the end of the track, when it becomes impassable.

Bajaremos por detrás de las ruinas buscando el barranco evidente. Estamos bajando por un afluente que en quince minutos nos llevará al primer rápel del barranco

We will descend behind the ruins looking for the obvious ravine. We are descending by a tributary that in fifteen minutes will take us to the first rappel of the ravine.

Descenso que en algunos tramos nos recuerda a algunos barrancos de conglomerado de la Sierra de Guara. Empieza un poco vestido y monótono pero va ganando interés. La gorga final es la parte más interesante. La salida por la vía ferrata le da un atractivo añadido

Descent that in some sections reminds us of some conglomerate ravines of the Sierra de Guara. It begins a little dressed and monotonous but it is gaining interest. The final gorge is the most interesting part. The exit by the via ferrata gives it an added attraction.

En la salida del barranco, remontaremos hacia la izquierda en busca de un bosque. Detrás del bosque encontraremos una pared. Continuaremos hasta encontrar un tramo equipado con cuerdas fijas para ayudarnos a salir. Deberemos salvar unos ocho metros. Continuaremos subiendo por la cresta de la montaña hasta encontrar un camino en unos 25 minutos. Este camino nos llevará al coche en unos 45 minutos.

At the exit of the ravine, we will go uphill to the left in search of a forest. Behind the forest we will find a wall. We will continue until we find a section equipped with fixed ropes to help us get out. We will have to save about eight meters. We will continue climbing up the crest of the mountain until we find a path in about 25 minutes. This path will take us to the car in about 45 minutes.
