Hay que llegar hasta Gabas, al pie del Midi d'Ossau. Desde Pau por la N134 hacia Laruns y luego por la D934 hacia Gabas Desde Sallent de Gállego por la A136 cruzamos por el Portalet y bajamos a Gabas. Al lado de Gabas hay una carretera que sube a Bioux Artigues, la D231. A mitad de subida, una casa de piedra y una explanada, a la izquierda la senda de retorno. Aquí dejamos el coche de salida. Con el coche de acceso subimos hasta el lago y aparcamos lo más arriba posible (en verano hay que madrugar).

You have to get to Gabas, at the foot of the Midi d'Ossau. From Pau by the N134 to Laruns and then by the D934 to Gabas. From Sallent de Gállego by the A136 we cross the Portalet and go down to Gabas. Next to Gabas there is a road that goes up to Bioux Artigues, the D231. Halfway up, a stone house and an esplanade, on the left the return path. Here we leave the exit car. With the access car we drive up to the lake and park as high as possible (in summer you have to get up early).

Desde el aparcamiento del Lac de Boius Artigues sale una senda hacia el “Plateau du Magnabaigt”, principio por bosque y al llegar al collado se abre en una zona llana que cruzamos y vemos el arroyo frente a nosotros.

From the parking lot of the Lac de Boius Artigues a path leaves towards the "Plateau du Magnabaigt", beginning in the forest and upon reaching the pass opens in a flat area that we cross and see the stream in front of us.

Descenso poco transitado, con instalaciones justas o insuficientes, muchos rápeles al natural y muy resbaladizo como casi todos los de la zona. El entorno y el descenso merece todo este esfuerzo

The descent is not very busy, with limited or insufficient facilities, many natural rappels and very slippery like almost all of those in the area. The environment and the descent are worth the effort.

Al llegar a la toma de agua salimos a la derecha a la senda que baja hacia la carretera.

When you reach the water intake, turn right onto the path that leads down to the road.
