Situándonos en Ainsa (N260), cogeremos la A138 dirección Francia por el túnel de Bielsa. A los pocos kilómetros pasaremos por Labuerda y en el pk57 llegamos a Escalona. Seguiremos dirección Francia pasando por Lafortunada hasta el desvío al valle de Chistau/Gistaín (A2609). Seguiremos por la carretera dirección Plan/Gistaín hasta llegar a San Juan de Plan, lo pasaremos y en la primera curva cerrada a izquierda sale una pista de frente. Esta pista nos lleva a Biados (panel del Parque Posets-Maladeta). Subiremos por la pista unos 6 kms hasta llegar al aparcamiento de Hospital de Gistain, justo antes del puente. Hay señalización a la derecha

We are located in Ainsa (N260), we will take the A138 towards France through the Bielsa tunnel. After a few kilometers we will pass through Labuerda and at pk57 we arrive at Escalona. We will continue towards France passing through Lafortunada until the detour to the valley of Chistau/Gistaín (A2609). We will follow the road towards Plan/Gistaín until we reach San Juan de Plan, we will pass it and at the first sharp bend to the left there is a track straight ahead. This track takes us to Biados (Posets-Maladeta Park panel). We will go up the track for about 6 kms until we reach the Hospital de Gistain parking lot, just before the bridge. Parte inferior: Cogeremos el PR-HU188, hacia las bordas de Lisier pero al llegar a las ruinas del Hospital de Gistain lo dejamos para ir por el camino carretero hacia el puente de la Sallena y antes del puente girar a las Minas de Galena. Veremos una senda de subida dura y que luego llanea pero bastante aérea. Es el retorno de la parte superior. En unos 20-30min llegamos a la mina y el acceso al cauce. Parte superior: Cogeremos el PR-HU188, hacia las bordas de Lisier, una vez aquí cogeremos el GR/HRP para subir a las colladas. Tras pasarla cruzaremos un arroyo, por el sendero que hay bajaremos hasta la confluencia con Sallena. Al poco comienza el descenso

Lower part: We will take the PR-HU188, towards the bordas de Lisier but when we reach the ruins of the Hospital de Gistain we leave it to go along the road towards the bridge of the Sallena and before the bridge turn to the Minas de Galena. We will see a hard uphill path and then flat but quite aerial. It is the return from the top. In about 20-30min we reach the mine and the access to the riverbed. Upper part: We will take the PR-HU188, towards the bordas de Lisier, once here we will take the GR/HRP to go up to the cols.
